They're going round in circles. Back to the chilling effect?

Of course is fucking chilling if you get a phone call from the police saying they want to check your thinking!!!!!

BernardBlacksWineIceLolly · 21/11/2019 11:29

it appears that Mr Tucker's complaint was

HM has attacked community

so Tucker contends that Harry wronged a community?

RuffleCrow · 21/11/2019 11:25

This is really important for maintaining the separation of powers between law enforcement and the judiciary.

ClosdesMouches · 21/11/2019 11:24

Grin Scapa

Datun · 21/11/2019 11:21

Is it an alias for the complainant?

ScapaFlo · 21/11/2019 11:20

My Tucker - tell me it's nothing to do with M&S pants Grin

BernardBlacksWineIceLolly · 21/11/2019 11:17

Defence Counsel - this is in statement of Mr Tucker

anyone know who Mr Tucker is?

somebrightmorning · 21/11/2019 11:17

Would someone be kind enough to give me the formal name of the case and the division it's in?
Thanks.

Datun · 21/11/2019 11:11

The school example? Surely every biology teacher will be preaching hate, according to them?

This is mad.

Birdsfoottrefoil · 21/11/2019 11:07

Thing is even as a statistical recording exercise it is completely flawed as it can be gamed, as no evidence is required (and no hate), by people wishing to alter policy/law. So the negative ‘consequences down the line’ are for everyone not just Harry.

ScapaFlo · 21/11/2019 11:06

Heavens to Murgatroyd I am transfixed reading Fair Cop's twitter thingy (I'm not on twitter)

I may not get anything done today.

Loving the 'asides'

teawamutu · 21/11/2019 11:05

Do we know who the complainant is? Have any of the usual suspects been gloating?

TheProdigalKittensReturn · 21/11/2019 11:05

Surely the mere fact that they wrote up 28 pages about some tweets rather casts doubt about their impartiality (and indeed time management skills - did no actual crimes happen during the time they were writing a novella about Harry's Twitter account?)

ForeverFaff · 21/11/2019 11:03

I really hope the judge can give a clear ruling on this. It's precisely the grey areas of this new 'brave, stunning' new world that has been manipulated to punish women for their truth-crimes.

ProfessorSlocombe · 21/11/2019 11:01

28 pages ?? For a tweet!

The entire US constitution is 26 ....

WeBuiltCisCityOnSexistRoles · 21/11/2019 10:59

Good luck hazza!

I'm very frustrated I am nowhere near London, and banned from Twitter but am thinking of you.

theflushedzebra · 21/11/2019 10:56

28 pages ??

For a tweet!

Quite apart from anything else, what a massive waste of police time.

ScapaFlo · 21/11/2019 10:55

28 pages? Good grief

PurpleHoodie · 21/11/2019 10:50

Interesting Bernard

Very interesting.

ChiefClerkDrumknott · 21/11/2019 10:47

Good luck Hazza

BernardBlacksWineIceLolly · 21/11/2019 10:47

Really interesting that Humberside police heavily redacted the 28 page 'hate incident' form that PC Gul filled in

they have now submitted a form where only the complainant's name and address is redacted

I wonder what they didn't want to share the first time around??

CaveMum · 21/11/2019 10:47

Judge thoroughly unimpressed with CoP Counsel so far and we’re only 15 mins in 😂

OvaHere · 21/11/2019 10:47

Live tweeting must be so difficult. Not sure I could do it to any competent level. Many thanks to those who do it brilliantly.

MrsSnippyPants · 21/11/2019 10:45

Just got home from my trip to the RCJ yesterday.
Fantastic Twitter coverage from our live Tweeters (it is actually incredibly difficult to hear everything that is said in court, let alone try and transcribe it, I cannot praise them highly enough)
So glad I went, just amazing to be in the same room as so many smart people, and more importantly people who are having the courage, in various ways, to take on this nonsense.
All at Fair Cop, and all those supporting them, I salute you.

Cookieflavoredbiscuit · 21/11/2019 10:44

Thanks so very much, Hazza, for taking on the dirty job that someone had to do. Sunshine! It's lovely.
