Why is Clair a witness anyway? Did they work for the think tank or have they been called in as a representative trans person to say that Maya's tweets were transphobic?

Clair says Clair hasn’t read the documents referred to in Clair’s witness statement Shock FUBAR on the part of the employer’s solicitors who put together the witness statement. Judge not at all happy.

I wonder if the street violence wing claim is from when some women leafletting against self id spoke to some lads on bikes in Moss Side, and because it is a well known fact that the lower classes are irredeemably violent the privileged twerps of the TRA movement decided they must be inciting them to beat up trans people as opposed to, y'know, just fill in the consultation.

Maya lost her job in March 2019, Barracker's Rophynol comparison was in May 2019.

So either they're talking about something else, or clutching at straws which are actually outside the date range?

The hearing will probably finish today or tomorrow. Judgement will be reserved ie not delivered straight away. From the tweet sounds like that will be in the new year.

I don't understand the last tweets in the thread. What is Clair accusing Maya of doing? There was a panel and Clair stepped down from it due to something Maya said? Can anyone explain?

My correct pronouns are they/ them. It was 6 tweets of Maya propagating anti trans propaganda, incl. cartoon comparing trans people to flashers, and comparing the use of pronouns to date rape

This can't be referring to the rophynol post as the timing is surely not right.

I suppose the street violence could actually be Jolyon's infamous defensive weapon recommended to women: the Tut and Move Away, and that's why he's in trouble with C.

However suggesting that there's an organised GC wing of women Tutting and Moving Away somewhere under Jolyon's command is a bit of a stretch, particularly considering the massed evidence that most women regarded the T&MA as.... well. A glaring incident of foot in mouth syndrome shall we say?
