Fair Cop explain upcoming Judicial Review

Please access the podcast on the Fair Cop website - right hand corner menu has podcasts - I’m having a little trouble with the link . Sarah and Anna explain the significance of the JR and how unusual it is to be granted one . So someone, somewhere can see this is important to our democracy . Also clear that the JR is costing around 200k - please donate if you see this as our major chance to turn this around .
Enjoy the podcast , it’s calm and professional . Also it is fascinating .

Thank you! Absolutely fascinating podcast which has taught me so much. The outcome of the JR has huge implications and so all citizens would benefit from listening.

Hmm. All of DailyApple's posts have been removed, and an advanced search on their name reveals nothing - zero posts. Clicking on their name to see their profile you just get " 's profile".

Does this mean they've been chucked off?

Good thread to have bumped (whatever the motives for the bump). For the lurkers, the case itself has now been heard; we're now waiting for the judge's ruling.

But a good thread to boost: I recommend anyone reading this post read Sarah’s contemporaneous tweets from the trial. They show not only how outrageous the CoP position but also how flimsy the evidence is to back this up.

creepster you misread the post: ‘as far as I know’ referred to whether police should be involved in defamation. They were admitting the posts were defamatory just didn’t think the police should be involved.

NOT a political statement but is rather de facto evidence of Hate.

How can this be happening? Who regulates the CoP? What laws are they using to promote this tautology? Who is directing these policies? Harry’s case is absolutely critical because, inter alia, it has escalated this to the mainstream media. Freedom of speech is facing an existential threat. It is quite extraordinary

Seeing vague and unsubstantiated accusations being made against a woman I respect makes me think she's doing a good job and causing worry to people who need worrying.

Not a shred of evidence produced, as usual. Not a single link, not even an unconvincing one.
