I hope other trans people follow Juno Roche, Author of Queer Sex and Trans Power, to this moment of realisation.

Yes, you're authentically trans, as you are actively living as a trans person.

No, you're not a trans woman as that's not in any way "authentic" (as it's not possible).

(Juno doesn't seem at all interested in the impact on women, but this is progress at least!)

I'm guessing this is a change in position for Juno, does anyone know? (What's the book about?)

Is Juno in any way influential? Is this likely to become a more popular view, or is it just one lone voice?

I don't see this as progress. So far as I can see Juno is saying that Juno no longer considers Junoself to be a woman, but women must accommodate Juno anyway. Worse, if anything.

I am quite shocked at what I have just watched, I never thought I would agree with Juno Roche, but that did seem to be a sincere piece. I absolutely agree that gender is the problem.

I am pleased that Juno has found their identity and that they are happy to be Trans in trans's own right, rather than transgender.

Being authentically trans and proud to be trans is great.
