A shout out has just gone up on Twitter from Fair Cop:

We URGENTLY need screenshots or other evidence of training provided by Mermaids, Gendered Intel, Stonewall etc. If it’s to the police, perfect. But to whoever will do. Thank you.

There was a recent case where a transwoman complained to the police about a man not wanting to have sex with her.
IN HUMBERSIDE. It was recorded as a 'hate incident,' as confirmed by a quote from the Humberside cops.

Have the Humberside cops really just confirmed that the man who turned her down is going to have 'hate incident' flagged on his criminal background check?

I can see no other conclusion. But even with all the insanity I honestly can't believe that could be happening.

Sun article about the incident and archive

Decline sex from a transwoman and it could show up on your criminal record. How can this be reality?

FairCop · 06/11/2019 21:10

Thank you so much everyone, we really appreciate all the digging you have been doing.

Harry and the rest of us have been absolutely gobsmacked how Humberside have dealt with this.

But we've also been buoyed by all the support here and on twitter.

Thanks MN Flowers Gin

Oh. So if a teacher speaks out they will lose their job and not be able to get another.

Wasn't Glinner asking why more people weren't speaking out? Here's an answer.

CaptainKirksSpikeyGhost · 06/11/2019 20:15

The end goal of course being a record of who publicly speaks out.

In case that isn't clear.

CaptainKirksSpikeyGhost · 06/11/2019 20:14

So, what a perfect set up by TRAs - the definition of woman has been changed by stealth to include "anyone that says they are a woman" - as a result, our single sex spaces are allowing born-males into them on the basis of gender identity - and we can't speak out about it for fear of a "hate incident -non-crime" being launched against us.

And that is one step closer to the true end goal.
But we have seen it, the public will know.

BarbaraStrozzi · 06/11/2019 20:10

I've just dug some more too, only a day of digging time left people. Keep bumping this.

KatvonHostileExtremist · 06/11/2019 19:59

Christ. Terrifying. When you've seen the madness in action.
I dug some more

This could destroy someone's life

I was pretty horrified by this too - really highlights the importance of the case.

theflushedzebra · 06/11/2019 13:36

This is closer to 1984 than anything I've ever imagined.

theflushedzebra · 06/11/2019 13:34

I'm reeling from this. This could destroy someone's life.

Me too Angry

Fair Cop have tweeted that Humberside police have confirmed that "hate incidents" will appear on enhanced DBS checks.

I'm reeling from this. This could destroy someone's life.

"It’s been confirmed by
@Humberbeat
that this will appear on an enhanced CRB check. A crime/non-crime offence of hate on a crime report.

No conviction required. No evidence required. No appeal possible.

A complaint by a TRA is all that’s needed to get you one of these."

Bit cold here, but the recent rain has made it perfect for a spot of digging. Important to get some done today

teawamutu · 05/11/2019 13:30

I've had another little dig.

Procrastinator2 · 05/11/2019 13:22

Lying underlines the weakness of their case perhaps.

Joisanofthedales · 05/11/2019 12:59

As an ex policeman the police telling lies and being dishonest must hit hard. I've done a little hole digging as it's the only way I can show my support.
Stay strong Harry x

theflushedzebra · 05/11/2019 12:50

I'm really disturbed that the police are telling blatant lies.

I mean, I know policemen are humans, and humans tell lies blah de blah. But this is just barefaced lying about what was said to Harry - when the PC has already confirmed he said it.

Go Harry! We are rooting for you in the zebra household. Thanks

VinandVigour · 05/11/2019 12:30

I wish I could go to the RCJ, it was all looking good and then I got a compulsory Safeguarding training course invite.

I’m glad you are feeling better Harry, I had a similar moment many years ago when I was a couple of weeks away from a tribunal regarding my sons education. It had taken us 4 years to get to that point and with two weeks to go I honestly didn’t feel that I could face it. I think that the thought of losing was suddenly too terrifying to take in.

I am about to get the purse out to help with the digging. It’s amazing what can be achieved with a small plastic rectangle.

(We won the tribunal by the way😉)

wrongsideofhistorymyarse · 05/11/2019 12:27

Harry is awesome

HighNetGirth · 05/11/2019 12:26

Is there a thread giving background for the uninitiated?

nauticant · 05/11/2019 12:23

Ah. I wondered what might have happened to cause a mental/emotional crisis to an apparently straightforward bloke. An ex-cop in a dispute with the Police and the Police lying in their evidence is more than enough to do it. No wonder he was laid low by this.

ahagwearsapointybonnet · 05/11/2019 12:22

Am going to dig a little more too later.

BernardBlacksWineIceLolly · 05/11/2019 12:14

Yes I added a little depth to this hole today

This case is very, very important

Thanks Harry.
This is so important.
This is regulatory capture.
