Feminism: Sex and gender discussions

Not having sex with someone because they don't have the right genitals is transphobic. No prizes for guessing who's claiming this

RM is busy trying to justify their support for a particularly unpleasant tweet yesterday. For those of you who are blocked, I'll add some grabs.

Is Big Rach a lurker?

ArnoldWhatshisknickers · 30/09/2019 13:11

It must be truly grim to feel like you may be rejected because you dont fit someone's picture of 'the kind of people I fancy'.

Isn't all sexual rejection ultimately about not fitting others picture of 'the kind of people I fancy'?

"Date genders and learn to have fun with their sexyfuntime bits"

I am almost done with this rapey conversion therapy.
I knew I was a lesbian by my teens, but could not accept it (homophobic family/interternalised homophobia) so proceeded to try to make myself straight and have sex with guys.

I tried to have "fun with their sexyfuntime bits" many times.
It was always horrendous and left me with nothing more than feeling of having been abused and vulnerable and fucking miserable. Yet here is this fucking thinking that denying the rights of lesbians to say no is a fun game.
But I am the one in the wrong?
Fuck. This. Shit.

And it's true that there is more to sex than biology; some of the hardest posts to read on the trans widows threads are the ones about sex, where changes of presentation have a real and horrible impact on desire. Though the relationship breakdowns still seem to be more about the widows being treated like crap than a change in clothing/presentation as such.

I think I would actually agree with rm that this genuinely is transphobia. The difference would be that I consider a lack of desire for particular categories of people to be something that people shouldn't try to force themselves to overcome. Why would RM want to have sex with someone who doesn't fancy trans people? Why would RM want sex with a lesbian (classical definition)? Civility, always, but why try to go on a personal conversion therapy crusade to force women who love women to suck dick? What could the reason possibly be?

nolongersurprised · 30/09/2019 13:08

Thread includes the charming, “Go eat a dirty sock you bitch with a vagina fetish” tweet.

Jaffacakebeast · 30/09/2019 13:06

Wtf is this bull 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ When will it end! If ppl had sex with ppl and not b’cos of their “sexy fun time bits” (shudder) then there wouldn’t be gays or lesbians Confused it’s absolutely mental and I tell you, any1 tried teaching this bollocks to my teenager they’ll be hell to pay

ImFineThankYouSusan · 30/09/2019 13:06

Isn't RM apparently 'asexual'? 🤔

PlasticPatty · 30/09/2019 13:06

If I take someone to my bedroom "for relations" I can change my mind whenever I like and for whatever reason I like. Rapey twit
Quite.

BuzzShitbagBobbly · 30/09/2019 13:06

Given that tw like ol' Rachy here are so interested in loudly policing what genitals people are allowed to like, it seems a strangely risky strategy for the handmaidens to come on here and berate us for being "obsessed" with talking about them.

Rachelover60 · 30/09/2019 13:05

Does that mean we are all supposed to have sex with anyone even if we don't fancy them in the least?

What rubbish.

nolongersurprised · 30/09/2019 13:04

This person on twitter collected many anti-lesbian, anti-women tweets that expressed transwomen’s frustration that people who like to have sex with vaginas don’t want to have sex with their penises.

a This is an excellent point.

b- Yet again there is the bizarre idea that people cannot tell what sex you are without looking at your genitals. The number of people whose sex isn't blatantly obvious is so vanishingly small as to not be worth mentioning.

"Date genders and learn to have fun with their sexyfuntime bits"

Urgh.

I'm bi, I like men and women and therefore both pussy and dick. If I date a woman I expect her to have a vulva. If I date a man I expect him to have a dick. If my date hasn't told me before we go to bed that they've got the opposite genitals to what I'm going to expect then the transgression when I decline is theirs not mine. My body, my right to say I don't want to fuck a laydee with a dick. Or a neovagina.

Shakennotshook · 30/09/2019 12:56

Wow. So once you intend to have sex with someone you cant back out. At all. Ever? Who knew.

HandsOffMyRights · 30/09/2019 12:56

'Girl with dick says'....

Only in RM land!

Misogyny, homophobia and delusion.

OldCrone · 30/09/2019 12:53

They never date each other though do they. They never tell each other to overcome genital hang ups

Transgender people are transphobic.

Doyoumind · 30/09/2019 12:53

Apparently RM will sleep with anything, according to their Twitter. Including 'funny' vaginas (see above), whatever they are. They will get around someone having a dick by being imaginative and fun.

OP posts:
ArnoldWhatshisknickers · 30/09/2019 12:52

McKinnon is far from the first to push this line.

It is one of the (too many to count) more unpleasant aspects of the trans religion.

OldCrone · 30/09/2019 12:52

'People kill us for this'.

I'm not aware of any women killing transgender people because of this, but transwomen have been murdered by men who didn't like it when the 'woman' they'd planned to have sex with turned out to have a penis.

They're directing their anger at the wrong people.

RufusthebewiIderedreindeer · 30/09/2019 12:52

When this subject came up with ds1 and his boyfriend it was fairly clear that the whole point to them was a certain part of their anatomy

Anyone wanting to call my precious first born transphobic will have to come through me first Grin

I think it is gradually percolating its way through the homosexual male community

Doyoumind · 30/09/2019 12:51

It's not letting me add the last one, where RM states that if someone won't date a black person they are racist therefore if someone won't have sex with certain genitals they are transphobic.
