I really hope the outcome is fair to women and upholds free speech.

Interesting if it’s true that haddock hasn’t turned up to support his pal.

Amalfimamma · 18/09/2019 14:38

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 18/09/2019 14:33

Amal - where are you getting your intel?

Amalfimamma · 18/09/2019 14:12

Harrop. Is a no show

Hayden has shared a pre-transition picture on twitter - very recently actually - labelling it "a rare pre-transition picture". Around the time all that Caro & Mumsnet legal stuff was going on. It was Hayden with a Priest I think - possibly a jab at Caro?

So I don't see how that can be deemed something that was a secret.

ShootsFruitAndLeaves · 18/09/2019 13:41

any ideas the timetable for the case?

Michelleoftheresistance · 18/09/2019 13:21

Good luck Kate. Flowers

I am ignorant of these things but doesn't GDPR only apply to organisations and individuals in their professional capacity, so not just me gleefully messaging a friend about X's latest online shenanigans?

Arran In Germany gender reassignment and the GDPR has already been through the courts - I can't find it in the UK press, but basically accuracy was deemed more important than the wishes of the employee to have their original name erased from their personnel file.

So it takes a woman 2 days to dig a hole of say 5148 square feet, how long would it take to dig a hole of 10,000 sq feet?

No, it's a hole of about 5,600 Grin

3mks · 18/09/2019 12:46

Good luck Katie.

Needmoresleep · 18/09/2019 12:19

Good luck Kate.

Louise found you via Google. Will contribute. I am so grateful to you, Kate and other brave women (and men).

Luckily I have enough spare to set aside a monthly budget for giving. After clearing a skip load of begging letters from my mothers flat, and dodged chuggers on London streets, I am not interested in giving to established charities. Instead I want to champion and support local causes/activities and individuals standing up to bullying and for my right to free speech.

I think I may have dropped the idea of Stonewall trustees finding kiwifarms. Possibly not true. But they should be carrying out some sort of due diligence/vetting for those in influential positions. As should NSPCC and others. And all parties should do this for their election candidates. Labour got it badly wrong with a couple of MPs last time. They should learn from this.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 18/09/2019 12:18

Pumpkin, Joani Walsh often live Tweets this sort of thing, but she's been very quiet on Twitter, lately.

Good luck Kate and Louise...I'm thinking of you both.

I have friends that wouldn't want to endorse "calling a tw a man on twitter" (I know that's not actually the point) but would be interested in why someone was thrown out of the Guides for their beliefs.

HaVing different entry point issues has its advantages I think.

NotTerfNorCis · 18/09/2019 12:02

Good luck Kate!

Ereshkigal · 18/09/2019 12:01

Good luck to Kate Thanks

AncientLights · 18/09/2019 12:00

Isn't Hayden's transition well known all over the internet? I know loads of stuff I'd rather not know about Hayden and I've done zero digging.

Will def contribute to Louise & Kate in a constructive way shortly. So glad to hear you refuse to be bullied Louise. Flowers bit early for Wine?

DrLouiseMoody · 18/09/2019 11:52

Hi All.

Just a quick post. Yes, Hayden is claiming that my publicly mis-gendering them has caused damages to the tune of 100,00 pounds.

I haven't said anything that isn't publicly available.

I cannot say anything more, but I just do not tolerate bullies very well, and forcing me to incur legal costs is a bullying move

And,of course, I'm completely behind Kate all the way 💛💚💙💜

Sexnotgender · 18/09/2019 11:50

Hope justice prevails for Kate, can’t believe this nonsense has got to court.

Is anyone tweeting the case?

TheProdigalKittensReturn · 18/09/2019 11:48

The Hayden thread on KF is really something, a bunch of people all pointing their fingers at each going "you're Hayden!", "no you are!".

Even on a site made to catalogue ridiculous behavior some people stand out.
