I think no one mentions Facebook as generally you need to be yourself, no pseudonyms.

It means that you need to trust everyone in the group and people do get reported for their posts (for all sorts of reasons)

I absolutely loathe Twitter -- not just the climate there, the entire format gets on my nerves.

I don't understand why no-one mentions Facebook. There are lots of GC groups there and they post stuff that is not allowed on MN and even worse; there is little interference from TRA's and lots of great discussions in these groups.

Sloe Gin Fizz Prosecco Cocktail

Ingredients
25ml sloe gin
25ml fresh-squeezed lemon juice (half a lemon)
1 egg white
Prosecco

Method
Combine the sloe gin, lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake for at least 10 seconds then fill the shaker with ice and shake again for about 20 seconds. Strain the mixture into your glass then top up with Prosecco. Wait a moment until it has settled then top up again!

No, no they can't. I was reading a thread on a certain 'agricultural' site yesterday where trans identifying people were being discussed in the context of super-hero comics/films. One poster questioned why they didn't create their own super-heroes rather than insisting on transing existing ones. Another poster, astutely in my view, pointed out they don't want their own things, they want ours. They have an exciting new hobby and demand it be shoe horned into absolutely everything regardless of what anyone else wants or needs. They're like petulant toddlers but without the charm.

Their entirely predictable attacks have motivated me to sign up and also provided a rich vein of material for burner emails (I am horribly uncreative at these. Even a name change takes effort)
