Too late, Oger. We can all fucking read.

JackyHolyoake · 07/08/2019 20:00

The Modus Operandi [aka MO] is so obvious!

JackyHolyoake · 07/08/2019 19:57

What makes me laugh out loud is all those people in Canada who are recoiling from Yaniv now, when those very same people are those who enabled Yaniv.

TurboTeddy · 07/08/2019 19:53

Oger, who was among the first to investigate Yaniv’s past,

I'm trying to follow a KF thread and from what I can work out it was Gallus Mag who first flagged issues about JY. It was MO who doxxed Gallus Mag with a pinned tweet which remained for two weeks. It's not a entirely clear if the doxxing was related to Gallus Mags revelations about JY but it certainly puts an interesting spin on claims that MO was the first to investigate JY.

Sorry I know that all seems a bit convoluted, hope it makes some kind of sense.

@CaptainKirksSpookyGhost That's why this is so important:

If successful, the hoped-for ruling will have national impact and provide a route for redress.

AutumnCrow · 07/08/2019 10:09

Nice link across there from Royal Canadian Mounted Police to the Royal Courts of Justice and Fair Cop's judicial challenge to policing 'policy' (and piss poor training) here in the High Court.

Dare I hope a light is now shone on the police's shiny new role as agents of special treatment rather than their traditional role as agents of impartiality and upholders of the actual law?

CaptainKirksSpookyghost · 07/08/2019 10:02

that will be very revealing of misplaced and illegal special treatment.

And then what?

The public will go, "that's corrupt that is" and the police force will answer to no one, like west Yorkshire police.

FormerMediocreMale · 07/08/2019 09:55

And if a police officer did know, well they're in the shit up to their brim of their mountie hat; and that will be very revealing of misplaced and illegal special treatment.

A bit like WYP and their preferential treatment of Mermaids/TRA.

AutumnCrow · 07/08/2019 09:47

'In Canada ... Tasers are a prohibited weapon. Only one company can import them into Canada under a special permit, and they can only sell the devices to law enforcement agencies, said RCMP Cpl. Greg Gillis, who trains police officers in how to use Tasers. Each Taser sale is registered and tracked, much like a handgun, he said.'

www.cbc.ca/news/canada/facts-about-stun-guns-and-their-use-in-canada-1.810288

That device Yaniv was showing off looked like a personal use stun gun taser, according to US online users (where they are mostly legal). But highly illegal in Canada.

I don't see how this can go away? Not even for Yaniv. He can't say it was planted. He's saying that the police knew and didn't care - and I'm not sure I believe that, not with taser illegality being so very serious in Canada.

This has cheered me right up this morning. Odious pervert.

BeyondDangerousTshirts · 07/08/2019 09:27

"oh I only accidentally opened this file of CAI, I definitely didn't intentionally download it"

Now where have I heard that before? Oh yeah, every single child predator in history, ever.

BeardedVulture · 07/08/2019 09:25

It's more likely Kiwi Farms is being DDOS'd because they're refusing to take the leaked E3 doxx down than because of Yaniv.

SonicVersusGynaephobia · 07/08/2019 09:24

I must say, I don't have much faith in the police to properly investigate this, or in Canadian law to consider all he's done as a crime. I think this whole saga will just be added to the "poor JY, so persecuted, such prejudice".

MockerstheFeManist · 07/08/2019 09:19

Why do I keep thinking JY will make a dash for it on the scooter, and fifty Mounties will give chase down the street, Keystone cops style, to the tune of Benny Hill music?

sashh · 07/08/2019 08:41

Why do I keep wanting to sing this?

AutumnCrow · 07/08/2019 08:12

In the comments bit of the National Post update (the one linked to above) someone says they've sent Yaniv's 'racist rant' during the Blaire White interview to the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, as 'context' for Yaniv's many, many complaints against immigrant women which are currently being adjudicated.

Yaniv's allegations against the RCMP ('Mounties') knowing about his prohibited weapons are very serious, and I hope they respond at some point. It's a matter of public interest, given the seriousness of the offence in Canada.

The CSE image excuse sounds really weak. It doesn't tie in at all with the neighbour's account overnight about RCMP being there from two different areas. It really sounds like he's going for an 'I was set up' defence. Again.

LizzieSiddal · 07/08/2019 07:55

I’m sure the police will need to search computer hard drives, to check emails/search history, so it can be established where the weapon came from.

FormerMediocreMale · 07/08/2019 07:54

the police uncovered child abuse images as part of their search (and JY is just getting their “explanation” into the press first).

This

LizzieSiddal · 07/08/2019 07:52

*JY

LizzieSiddal · 07/08/2019 07:50

the mother took away an overnight suitcase, according to a neighbour. Which makes sense as JY stayed overnight in cells.

Fucking suitcase!
Can you imagine the number of items, YJ would insist on having access to. They will be shouting about their human rights to wigs, make up, and god knows what else.Hmm

sashh · 07/08/2019 07:33

Aposterhasnoname

I doubt Yaniv realises how hard it is to remove images from a hard drive. And I could speculate that the photo was sent because someone was asked for it or it was sent from an internet cafe Yaniv has recently visited.

Aposterhasnoname · 07/08/2019 07:19

apparently 'someone' sent Yaniv a, "child sexual exploitation photo" so Yaniv called the police back

So a cast iron reason for the police to search his hard drives then. Grin

sashh · 07/08/2019 06:59

Sorry I should have read the full thread before posting.

sashh · 07/08/2019 06:54

This is interesting - not just the Taser but apparently 'someone' sent Yaniv a, "child sexual exploitation photo" so Yaniv called the police back.
