This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

I just had a quick look at Kiwi Farms but couldn't see anything about this there. Which is a bit surprising. Anyway, time to stock up on popcorn. Grin

I would normally take a dim view of this sort of breach of privacy but in this case....hell no one's perfect least of all me!

If the person in question had not specifically targeted immigrant women living and working in Canada to promote their racist agenda, abused the HRT to extort money, lied to the tribunal, sent sexually inappropriate messages to teenage girls, made death threats, been in possession of illegal weapons and been very public about their period fetish I would be appalled at the breech of confidentiality too.

As things stand I'm really OK with it.

He claims to have bribed someone to get the information. That person is likely to be discovered - the combination of who had access and any trail/keyboard footprint or whatever.
My money's on a health worker who is so fed up of dealing with the frequent flyer they don't even care anymore. Confused

And what’s with the “Jessica Yaniv formally known as Jonathan Yaniv”? Clearly JY doesn’t think using their previous name a problem.

And I see JY has tweeted since yesterday, but only to be an emotional vampire. Way to capitalise on a families tragedy.

Blaire White has done a live stream indicating JY carried out the doxing. There has been a live phone call with the "agent".

I just can't even begin to ......

Please visit the farmers for more detail.

I listened.

Clear belief in entitlement.

Absolutely backed up by previous experience.

Lack of understanding of laws, but that's never stopped the filing of nuisance lawsuits by this individual and others.

Horrid yes I agree, his belief that he is protected seems correct. Who is protecting him and why, I wonder? Does he have some dirt on powerful people?

How can the police not have grounds to search his hard drive yet?!

It's not completely unjustified for him to believe he's protected though is it? I mean, perhaps it won't extend to this particular course of action, but he has enjoyed a quite extraordinary level of cosseting and favour so far. From multiple sources. The tribunal, Twitter, the refusal of mainstream Canadian news outlets to report in detail and accurately on his behaviour. He hasn't just invented the idea that he can do outrageous things and be protected from the deserved consequences.

I don’t think JY will keep up radio silence for long, and I also think ‘agent’ is code for lawyer or similar

More than once - I was so staggered by the absolute pomposity and yep, as 2B says absolutely no self awareness of the actual position they’re in.

I’m not surprised that who ever wrote that email is disavowing any further involvement.

I’m really hoping that RCMP / HRT are made aware of this.

JY has made actual death threats to this person and is now trying to flush out their identity via legal threat. No motive at all Hmm

This person believes they are protected. They are behaving with reckless abandon. I believe their behaviour poses a credible risk of harm (filming children in the pool etc), yet no authority seems willing to make a statement.

Very different circumstances, but it reminds me of the jimmy saville dynamic.

Summary: Delete all your KF posts or I will sue the building you own to force you to sell your apartment.

I believe he's talking about suing what is known as a Body Corporate. In Anglo countries, apartment buildings are erected and collectively owned by all apartment owners in the building. The legal entity that owns the building and decides what to do to it based on ownership stake is the Body Corporate, including forced sale proceedings.

Update - new legal threat from JY to KFs user WGkitty and the entire building

WGkitty is verified as living in JYs building and has been commenting on KFs and twitter with insider info., and ‘live’ reports on JYs / MYs goings-on.

JY has now issued a verbal harassment notice to WGkitty and the whole building because of this.

Looks like they have been the victim of a hit and run now, but luckily survived and seems unhurt. I can see why Canada is such a hostile place for trans people now, and wish JY luck in suing the driver, car manufacturer, police for not taking it seriously and newspaper who the reporter was working for.

Can't you get to the farms on your phone over 4G, turn your wifi off? Failing that install a vpn.

I have to say that MN and KF are now the only 2 places on the internet that make any sense to me, which is not something I thought I'd ever say.

The farm is savage, but funny, humourous and smart. The MN FWR - KF meld of 2019 is one of the least expected but best things thats happenned out in lala internet land recently imo.
