I didn't read it that way at all. I think it means that when they assess the risk of transferring a prisoner like that, it's a type of mental health assessment, and falls in with all kinds of other mental health assessments being done for different reasons. And many of them aren't done properly because of lack of resources, not just these kinds of cases.

Good thread nothing new re the supposed funding.

If they actually get the changes they want for the reasons that are mentioned in that thread, I am genuinely going to legally change gender. It will have a huge impact on my private pension and I will be so much better off in retirement.
