The man clearly has mental health issues. I guess that shouldn't come as a surprise given his behaviour, but how have we got to a position where people with irrational behaviour stemming from mental health conditions and personality disorders are able to hold individuals, charities, public services, political parties, businesses, and the Government etc. to ransom? (Not saying all people with MH conditions and PDs do this, just these particular people caught up in the TRA agenda.)

This person (JY) is really ill. It’s painful to read the summary of their testimony. But I have a friend with a serious mental illness and the behaviour- delusions, paranoia, and absolute conviction that they are right and everyone else is wrong- it’s all there

If it weren’t for the distress caused to the beauticians, it would be funny.

But the complainant is just so ill. It’s desperate & difficult reading. This is someone who needs saving from themselves. Who is also not safe around girls and women - the period/tampon obsession is seriously worrying.

JY is against immigrants' using their status to discriminate, estimates that they were refused by immigrants 150 times in last year. Ext 6 is now entered - another SS of convo supposedly showing JY laughing about asking immigrants in bathrooms, JY objects.

Lawyer says JY's rationale was targeting immigrants. Lawyer asks if JY's complaint was brought with "clean hands" was complaint made in good faith, if not it should be dismissed. JY says immigrants often provide services like Vietnamese for nails, East Indian people for waxing.

Rummaging about for an errant tampon up the cul de sac that is a vagina is one thing, but I can’t imagine what you’d have to do to extract one from the colon. Maybe that’s part of the thrill.

And so far it seems that we have no confirmation, from testimony, of what in JY's pants. I have no real desire to think about it but if the defence is, "I'm not trained to wax balls" then it's relevant.

I did it once when a guy wanted laser hair removal treatment of the genital area (ouch). I tried to establish exactly which bits he wanted lasered but he couldn't wait to gets his tackle out and show me, clearly as a trained health care professional a verbal description would have confused me! I thought it was interesting when the Member said that JY couldn't bring in other evidence "not relevant to this action" as JY has had "privacy laws" enforced around this tribunal and they "cannot have it both ways", as then JY's "other internet activities" will also need to be considered relevant evidence.

I really hope the Member (are they male, or female does anyone know?) is aware of JY's "other internet activities"... You know how in American court drama they sidebar or meet in chambers and the lawyers tell the judge their evidence and the judge decides whether the jury can hear it - I wonder if the Member is aware.
