This used to happen in a club I used to work in. People would shove a whole toilet roll in the hole. Piss on big wads of toilet paper and stick them to the wall.

Some people are revolting.

Mind you, I have been wondering if any similarly-minded women might embark one day on a toilet blocking protest to draw attention to men in women's toilets.
