What happens when a group of lesbian show up on the steps of Lancaster Town hall on Pride day with megaphone and banners emblazoned with the words 'Lesbians don't have penises' & 'Lesbian = female homoSEXual ?

Find out tomorrow when Resisters United release our side of the story.

Thread will be updated in real time tomorrow. Twitter users please retweet.

Many thanks.

The average bod in the street would be utterly bemused to learn that there are people in 2019 who say in all seriousness that men can be lesbians. People know what lesbians are.

They’d be even more bemused to hear that the LGBTQ community are prioritising these men, not just dismissing them as blokes trying to get into women’s knickers.

Presumably....

Why on Earth assume anything? Unless perhaps you already in thrall to something - like a cult, perhaps - and admit in advance that you aren't going to be able to think critically and independently no matter what.

"Presumably" generally means you can confidently put forth an unproven opinion based on a body of existing and generally accepted evidence, and have that opinion be relatively uncritically accepted.

We're WAAAAAAAAAAY out of the realm of "reasonable" and "evidential" in terms of the hold that ridiculously unscientific, made-up, politicised, weaponised false ideology apparently has over the UK (possibly minus most of Scotland) at the moment.

Looking forward to reading about this.

Good luck sisters. Smile

BadgertheBodger · 30/06/2019 00:07

I’m very interested in this. I know the women in Lancashire ReSisters are fantastically brave, principled women who care for ALL women. They are amazinf

FermatsTheorem · 29/06/2019 23:58

That response crossed my mind too, Prawn.

Prawnofthepatriarchy · 29/06/2019 23:56

Presumably, they out themselves as people to avoid in future.

If men who identify as lesbians avoid them then these women will be delighted. Lesbians are sick of being bullied by men. "I'm a lesbian in a man's body hur hur" was always the line of old school pervy blokes. Now we're supposed to see that kind of appropriation as progressive...

These protesters are brave, gallant women and I salute them.

Why do lesbians need to be avoided? Confused

Redshoeblueshoe · 29/06/2019 23:37

Or maybe people to be admired for trying to protect the rights of girls and women
