You've also missed that kinesis has said many more misogynistic things, not just about prostitution. I have no idea why they engender sympathy for their position. Their repetitive cycle of nastiness, flounces, apologies is so obvious.

Even if Kinesis's claims to have changed their mind no woman, or any man for that matter, is forced to be their friend. (I doubt it, Kinesis has disgusting views about women). Did you not see, Dr. Em essentially said we should leave each other alone and swim in different lanes and Kinesis hounded her. The public 'apology' was just Kin trying to force himself back in her world, Em didn't unblock him so Kin and his followers started slandering her online. Its been like watching when a woman tries to escape an abusive relationship. Kin can't take no for an answer.

That's why Kinesis apologised for a spectacularly bad take in a conversation on prostitution. Isn't it enough for someone to change their mind, say they were wrong and apologise?

Kinesises faithful followers on the other hand insulted em and one went as far as saying "she's asking for it" and then tried to play the victim when she was pulled in it. A feminist saying a woman's asking for it.
Kin came back as if nothing had happened and instead of moving in started harassing em again and again and trying to get around the block. Kin has slandered and harassed em and encouraged his followers to do so as well.

Kinesis didn't only make some pretty awful tweets about prostitution. Kinesis is narcissistic.

Dr Em is bloody right about that. I find the fawning over certain people uncomfortable when it's very obvious they're enjoying the specialness and the attention. While actually not caring about the abusive gaslighting they're inflicting on women and kids.

My understanding is that Dr Em was upset by the willingness of some GC feminists to accept and come to the defence of some trans women, trutrans if you will, when she feels all feminists should stick together and no males should be invited into single sex spaces. Kinesis made very questionable tweets on prostitution not so long ago, which set warning bells ringing for quite a lot of us. I think BoudiccaKate may be right about them.

I trust DrEm to always have women's vest interests at heart, so I hope she's ok.

Dr EM is amazing and I'm privileged to have met her in real life. She is one of the most fearless, brilliantly clever, tenacious fighters for women and children's rights and I hope she's just taking a break.

Re the circumstances of her deactivating, some individuals have been showing their true colours for ages and I don't know how GC women are including them in anything.

This. Everything this wonderful woman has done to clarify pro-woman and child protection positions and spread awareness is so, so, so, so much more important than any bloody Twitter spat.

I'm not on Twitter but I lurk a select few accounts almost every day and Dr Em's was one of them. I hope she comes back soon. Her voice is invaluable.

We are all capable of being deeply influenced by those determined to do so. Some people have been very busy for a long time ensuring that others provide 'protection' etc.

With regards the power of narcissistic control/'flying monkeys' etc, these patterns can be demonstrated by both sexes, all gender identities.
