I don't think that it's a man stood on the ladder telling all the women underneath him what to do.......its a woman with short hair...... surely?

I'm intrigued. I'm also an engineer. I wore a white coat very occasionally in a previous job. Is the person on the ladder pointing a man?

They all appear to be white - it's kind of hard to say for sure from a screen photo. Is that it?
