Paedophile T-Shirts on sale in Manchester

I saw this in Manchester Canal Street this afternoon.

I am SICKENED. Paedophiles have no place in the LGBT community. The fact that this is being displayed in broad day light. Equally disgusted and dismayed.

I got so angry I compiled a tweet.

My gay male friend refers to his gay friendship group as 'the boys' as I refer to my straight female friendship group as 'the girls'.

Maybe that's what the creator of this shirt was thinking.

The term “boy love” is a known code word, I think even the FBI have it down as such. I don’t want to google it and check though 😕

If might be a case of the person who made the shirt not knowing though, like a lot of people on this thread.

It's a Tshirt being sold to men who are expressing their desire to have sex with children. Come on. It's not that hard to see this issue.

Boy love is the expression pedophiles use e.g. Nambla (North American Man Boy Love Association) is a US based pedophile group.

We need politicians to take action. If anybody is on Twitter can you add your weight being it? It a tweet gets lots of 'likes' and 'retweets' then the media/organisations/politicians will have to take action.

There are no words to adequately convey my horror and anger at this sort of thing. I hope the NSPCC employees who are so sombre about their employer because they dropped Monroe Bergdorf who sees no problem with little boys dancing in clubs for money, carry on being sombre enough to do some proper child protection work and call this shit out.
