Hi all 👋

I’m new here so not sure if this has already been shared. I’ve always been somewhat gender critical but I stumbled across this on Twitter and it absolutely sent me.

WTF with the giggling Hmm?

Giggling (outside of small children) tends to be what happens when you've been taught not to take up too much space in the world, not be too loud, not be unladylike, cover your mouth, suppress your feelings, don't be TOO MUCH.

Yet another example of mistaking female socialisation for some sort of innate ladyshit.

Yeah, really
A cis person should not transition just for social activities or bc they want to look a certain way.
We should live in a society where people can be and do whatever they want. And I understand that practically, that's not always the case.
But transitioning is not a solution for someone cis.

Why is this guy "cis" when "trans" often means exactly this, and the trans community is clear you don't have to have dysphoria? In what way is his magical gender essence "cis"?
