....they still scream "transphobia!"

UCLA have said that they will install a number of unisex bathrooms throughout campus. These will have floor to ceiling partitions to protect privacy. Now students are claiming that this is transphobia as it implies that trans people are all peeping toms. They get what they claim they want, but they want it on their terms not ours.

So even privacy is transphobic now?!! They need to be careful, their ulterior motives are showing.

Exactly. It's beginning to look a lot less like inclusion and a lot more like rampant boundary violation.

A poster on another thread said there seems to be a lot of people who get off on violating boundaries. And now it's really beginning to be transparent.

I agree. How far do we have to bend over backwards for the TRA's to be happy. Why are our rights to privacy being stamped on so consistently? I'm quite new to the feminist board, but I have a 15 year old DSD and I am trying to teach her that she has the right to privacy and to speak up if she does not feel comfortable. Luckily she is a very bright, confident and strong minded girl. I've really enjoyed our conversations on this topic and hearing her point of view as a teen with a lot of woke friends.

We've both agreed that people can do/be what they want but it cannot come at the loss of women's rights. Real women's rights.

At least it should start the process of doubt with some people
