Yes the Benjamin Boyce series is really good as is Ben GNC. Made my skin crawl listening to her experiences

What really scared me is that Ben's story (GNC_Critical) could be the story of a young relative of mine. Down to the anti-depressants at 13. Except my beautiful young relative has started weekly testosterone shots ... at 17! It makes me despair.

I actually really like gammon, usually get one every 2 weeks or so and then have in on butties for the week. I was under the impression that gammon refers to the meat, and sometimes to a certain type of rather unpleasant bloke like nigel farage or that one with the fake name who hates muslims.

Soft cheese maybe. Come to think of it it's years since I had a crisp butty, I just saw a poster with a name like that earlier and it brought them to mind.

I’ve just been listening to the Benjamin Boyce talk as a podcast. Ben, being interviewed by Benjamin, is an amazing person, really switched on, intelligent and a compelling speaker. Some of the content made my hair stand on end, it’s chilling. Worth a watch on YouTube, or download the podcast, thanks for the rec. neurotrash.
