My guess is that MN didn't have all the requested info (address, dob, whatever), and sent what they had, maybe just an e-mail address. I imagine they would have explained that.

Mumsnet have been quite upfront about not contesting this. And the poster in question doesn't give a toss. I don't know what Hayden was expecting?
