And I’m feeling quite pleased with myself. DS, also 18, is well aware of my radical opinions and even agrees in private but would not express any GC views out of the home so he spent the entire conversation pretending it wasn’t happening.
Peaking her was relatively easy as she is a smart girl who understands science. I was shocked as she used every daft statistic I have read on here - but the suicide and murder rate? But can’t we just be kind and let them be? - the clincher though was when she pointed me towards the “scientific” evidence that male and female brains are different Grin. Easy peasy after that.
I like her more and more.

It must be very distressing for them, that women on the feminist pages see right through them. Does anyone else picture them wrecking their brains, trying to work out how we see through them? Poor confused souls, having to deal with women that won’t be ‘nice’. HmmGrin

Page 1 of the playbook I guess.

This site is often accused of being an echo chamber. The only echoes I hear are those from the Billy type posters. Allegedly wandering onto the site in wide eyed innocence, asking a "simple" question about what a certain phrase or word means.

I can't recall this happening and the poster then questioning how any of this might adversely affect women or children. They always then begin a diatribe against nasty women who they think are implying that all men are potential abusers.

We see you.

MrGHardy · 05/04/2019 22:46

Billy of course you are trolling. Why are you here? Since when?

This has been a topic that has been discussed at leasy 18 months a LOT.

And yet here you are, "oh I don't know what's going on, where could people possibly come from".

BlooperReel · 05/04/2019 20:22

Thanks, will add them to my armoury

DpWm · 05/04/2019 20:09

womanmeanssomething.com/targetstudy/

Study shows women experience 3x increase in crimes against them after new policy is implemented.

BlooperReel · 05/04/2019 19:59

Any articles i can use to get through to a fucking handmaiden who is driving me up the wall. Its either delete and look petty or try and get through her pomo haze.

DonaldTwain · 05/04/2019 19:57

Im glad you don’t mind penises in female spaces billy. That’s cool. For you.
Bit I’m not getting is the reason why your feelings should be the rule for women who do?

FloralBunting · 05/04/2019 19:55

BillyBadBreaks, with respect, this is not about anyone's identity, or their injured feelings.

Perhaps someone else could be kind enough to post a link to the Break It Down For Me thread which might help you understand where people here are coming from.

Appeals to us to be kind are not really going to get much traction when this whole thing drives a truck through various safeguarding boundaries, and therefore puts women and children (even the ones who identify under the trans umbrella) at risk.

metro.co.uk/2019/03/16/transgender-woman-18-sexually-assaulted-girl-10-morrisons-toilet-8914577/

This trans woman assaulted two children in 2019 in UK supermarket toilets.

I'm pleased that they have been prosecuted, although the sentence is appallingly weak.

But trans ideology is eroding the norm and legal right of sex segregated spaces.

Unfortunately, I think a lot more young girls are going to be assaulted before anything is done to reverse this thinking.

Makes my blood boil.

BillyBadBreaks · 05/04/2019 19:30

I've never found penises to be an affront to my dignity ZebrasAreBras. I'm not impressed with you trying to reduce the way I feel to nothing more than an excuse for men to be predators. You said trans people having rights prevents young children from being safe. How was I supposed to interpret that? I still don't see how pretending not to be a man would help a man to get to children (unless these men are saying "I identify as a 5 year old"). Do you really think just because I know a bit about trans things that automatically means I'm lying about never having heard the phrase (peak trans) that you use? Unlike some folk on here I haven't spent hours researching about how to argue with people about this.

Back to the screenshots thing eh TheGrey1houndSpeaks? You must be paranoid.

I'm not trolling MrGHardy I just really don't get the points of view of the folk on this thread. But since you think I am trolling I shall leave you to talk in peace. My apologies if I have bothered any of you.

TheGrey1houndSpeaks · 05/04/2019 19:02

As I said. Screenshots...

ZebrasAreBras · 05/04/2019 19:01

Straight from "Oh, I don't even know what peak trans means!" to "You think all trans people are dangerous!" within 3 posts Grin Wink

We see ya Billy.

DpWm · 05/04/2019 18:57

I see nothing in ZebrasAreBras post to indicate they think trans people are dangerous.

We have sex segregated spaces for a reason.

Why do you think we have sex segregated spaces?
Why do you think some men who utter some magic words ("I identify as whatever") should have unfettered access to women and young children's spaces whilst other men can't?
Do you think there's any objective difference between a man who identifies as non-binary and any other man?

ZebrasAreBras · 05/04/2019 18:56

Time for a visit to Bunbury?

ZebrasAreBras · 05/04/2019 18:55

Plus, regardless of 'danger' - it' a simple matter of privacy and dignity. Penises do not belong in female spaces.

MrGHardy · 05/04/2019 18:55

Some transwomen are dangerous. Some men will take advantage of self ID.

Stop trolling Billy.

ZebrasAreBras · 05/04/2019 18:54

No, I don't think all trans people are dangerous - but as DpWm says, offending rates will match their biological sex, not their gender identity.

Women are overwhelmingly the victims of sexual crime, and men are overwhelmingly the perpetrators.

Male-bodied people have no business in women's spaces, regardless of their gender identity.

Self ID is open to abuse by predatory men -cases are abundant already.

BillyBadBreaks · 05/04/2019 18:22

Posted my last message before you posted your second and third. How would a man pretending to be non-binary get in the way of children's safeguarding?

BillyBadBreaks · 05/04/2019 18:17

Trans people aren't dangerous and no one thinks that
Apart from ZebrasAreBras apparently?

DpWm · 05/04/2019 18:17

Wtf?
Apologies for my epic typo
I will try again.

Male non-binary people are as dangerous as men.
Female non-binary people are as dangerous as women.

NAMALT.

DpWm · 05/04/2019 18:16

Male non-binary women are as dangerous as men.
Female non-binary people are as dangerous as women.

NAMALT obviously.

DpWm · 05/04/2019 18:14

Lol.
Trans people aren't dangerous and no one thinks that Grin

BillyBadBreaks · 05/04/2019 18:12

But of course that's assuming that trans people are dangerous. How does someone being non-binary put children in danger?
