Quote: I was recently advised that I could be considered for harassment, arrested/voluntary interview ... because I was blogging about being a victim of domestic abuse and my description of my feelings and experiences caused distress.

This sounds similar to James Rhodes case in relation to his child abuse - he won at the supreme court - www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-32812448 - I can't post on Twitter but someone might be able to draw her attention to it if she's not aware.

This is why someone's with the wherewithal needs to investigate properly - how many women out there have been targeted like this? I'm sure many will just accept a caution to make it go away and never say anything. I'm sure the ones we hear about are only the tip of the iceberg, and frankly I find that quite scary (which is of course the intention)
