TC didn't say how she was contravening their appropriate clothing policy. all the important parts of her appear to have been covered up.

did someone just fancy bullying a beautiful young woman?

dreichuplands · 14/03/2019 01:24

Just showed DH we are twice her age, we thought she might have got a bit chilly on the plane but it was a perfectly fine outfit and none of our business to boot.
This is not progress.

Oh how I would have loved to have been on that flight. Nothing wrong with her outfit. If she were my daughter TC would be reeling for a long, long time.

There doesn't appear to be, no

I agree, I'm sure there's more to it

Ribbonsonabox · 14/03/2019 00:51

That seems really odd? I've regularly seen women on flights to European destinations wearing mich less than that! No one bats an eyelid... I'd be very surprised if someone did.
Are you sure theres not more to that story?

TrixieFranklin · 14/03/2019 00:45

She looks like a lot of other young women do on the way to such resorts

PeeGreen · 14/03/2019 00:25

It's not a bra, it's a bralet top or crop top

I did see this earlier, surely there must be more to it? If someone is that offended by her (completely inoffensive) outfit they're probably going to be horrified at any beach/pool when they get to Tenerife.

Mrsfrumble · 14/03/2019 00:08

It looks like an oddly fitting and rather uncomfortable bra, especially for travelling in. Maybe she could use a bra intervention?

that link didn't work well
here

"Flying from Bham to Tenerife, Thomas Cook told me that they were going to remove me from the flight if I didn’t “cover up” as I was “causing offence” and was “inappropriate”.

The manager then went to get my bag to remove me from the flight. A man then shouted “Shut up you pathetic woman. Put a f*cking jacket on”- the staff said nothing to him

I was given a jacket by my cousin sitting at the front of the plane and they did not leave until I physically put it on. They made comments over the speaker about the situation and left me shaking and upset on my own."
