No surprise at all about Maria Miller's conduct in this. She showed her true colours back when she royally fucked disabled people over, under the coalition. The woman has no compassion, zero consideration for others, and would sell her granny for self-gain (or a fat expenses cheque).

Well on a slightly different point - it is documented very clearly in that parliamentary report document that it is not illegal to ask for a GRC.

73. It is not unlawful under the GRA to ask a person to produce a GRC, 69

I do hope she takes the time to read the comments. She needs to know we hold her responsible for the current situation and the harm already done as a consequence or policy changes before legislative change.

She’s worse, because she was willing to sell the safety, dignity and rights of females in order to pander to a group of misogynistic males. She’s used women as stepping stones in her desperation to climb further up the political ladder. Her behaviour and attitude has been absolutely disgusting.

I don't think she's as culpable as the trans lobby groups but she did consult the wrong people. JB and all. Even if they have abandoned self id in law it is happening in practice thanks to said people.
