The Sun admit the Ian Huntley isTrans story was made up

A timely, if incredibly worrying reminder, that we should view all stories about minorities from our press with extreme skepticism. I hope this is the only fabricated inflammatory anti-trans story our press has published, it would be awful if the debate regarding trans rights was being used as cover by bigots to spread anti-trans hatred.

I’m still tickled by the OP.

I didn’t believe that Ian Huntley was a woman then, I don’t believe that Ian Huntley is a woman now, but I need to ask myself how I’ve got it all wrong, because Ian Huntley now says he’s not a woman?

For all I know, it’s the best source of vegan recipes on the internet and I am sorely missing out.

It is lame, Lang- it’s always these same few tropes, this same old attempt to shame and tug on the heartstrings. I can count on one hand the actual decent debates brought here in defence of trans activism.
