Cosmopolitan - Bleeding after anal sex

""It's not unexpected that [anal sex] would cause bleeding." Does that mean you should never put anything up your butt hole? No! It just means you need to take some extra precautions, like, say, a little thing called a shit-ton of lube"

"It's not a sprint, it's a marathon back there. And you want to make to the finish line without any bleeding or discomfort."

Good for @starzig enjoying anal.

However as a nurse with 20 plus years the number of men/women i have met who are faecally incontinent due to anal sex is enormous.

I dont see that info being relayed to vulnerable young girls/ women in these articles.

It is something I however will be explaining to my DD.

AngryAttackKittens · 03/02/2019 22:39

Sex with Oligarchs: would YOU slut drop for Grandpa?

You can't even parody this kind of bollocks.

AngryAttackKittens · 03/02/2019 22:39

I agree, littlebrowndog, and would add that I find it irritating.

Who's next?

CreakyBlinder · 03/02/2019 22:39

Haven't read the full thread but in a shop today I saw Cosmo and one of the front page stories was something like:

Sex with Oligarchs: would YOU slut drop for Grandpa?

AngryAngry

I was going to take a pic and tweet them but I really didn't want to bring my 9 year old daughters attention to it.

littlbrowndog · 03/02/2019 22:38

And every single time Elon you do not address what the thread is about
Every single time

NothingOnTellyAgain · 03/02/2019 22:38

I agree aak

I'm not sure what questions Im being asked anymore. No part of anyone's body is "designed". No orifice in a man's body is evolved to accept a penis, we dont expect gay magazines to come with yellow stickers on them.

The wider point is that this magazine is by and for women, men have no interest in it.

IfOnlyOurEyesSawSouls · 03/02/2019 22:35

Its an exit not an entry. End of .

littlbrowndog · 03/02/2019 22:34

The original question Elon

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 03/02/2019 22:34

Sexual instruction articles need to come with a preface about consent

No sexual instruction articles need to not tell women that a bit of bleeding and tearing is absolutely fine, nothing to worry about, and you shouldn't stop doing anal.

Anal seems to come up quite frequently in magazines now, which is not to my taste but fine. What is not fine is telling women that they should accept they will be physically hurt but not to worry about it.

The grateful thing I objected to because you were saying they were grateful because you are attractive. If a woman is not considered attractive, should perhaps she be the one who feels grateful?

AngryAttackKittens · 03/02/2019 22:31

Nothing says "I respect consent" like trying to browbeat people into agreeing with you.

littlbrowndog · 03/02/2019 22:29

Naw Elon
You kinda of avoiding questions about the original question yet again

ElonMask · 03/02/2019 22:27

Good, so there is nothing unnatural about anal sex ? Men and women should feel equally grateful towards or about their sexual partners ?

Agreed ?

Sexual instruction articles need to come with a preface about consent, not convinced.

AngryAttackKittens · 03/02/2019 22:26

And I disagree with your disagreement, 7.

Incredibly boring 1000 comment threads for every topic!

littlbrowndog · 03/02/2019 22:26

Och no nothing
They just being rajgy idiots

NothingOnTellyAgain · 03/02/2019 22:26

I agree that it would be both long and boring.

Who's next?

NothingOnTellyAgain · 03/02/2019 22:24

Oh sorry it wasn't the in out thing

It was because someone said anus is not designed for sex
You think it is?

This is some basic biology. To say the human anus is not designed for sex (hence needing to be v careful etc) isn't the same as saying its unnatural.

You seem to be implying that some posters are concerned due to religious beliefs and homophobia (unnatural in this context has historical power) yet no one has said it is unnatural.

7Days · 03/02/2019 22:23

I agree that it would be long, angryAttackKittens but I disagree that it would be boring.

Who's next?

littlbrowndog · 03/02/2019 22:22

Just to be clear last time I had bleeding and tearing was when I had a baby
I never had that fun thing bleeding and tearing when I was doing the stuff that lead me to,having that baby

I had fun not pain

Fucket · 03/02/2019 22:22

I feel sorry for my children of both sexes. They are likely to grow up with such a warped idea of sex that they probably will not enjoy it as much as us their parents did.

I do however think that we Are likely to see more changes to our sexual habits as a species. We have older males keeping it up on Viagra when post menopausal women are perhaps not as keen to go at it all night for whatever reason (not least vaginal dryness). Then you’ve got the younger males addicted to porn and unable to perform requiring viagra also. Soon there will be a generation of women who reach their 30s and 40s and truly realise they’ve been coerced into bad, painful damaging sexual practices they’re not going to want to put up with it. So what will happen? My guess is women will realise that the only people who truly care enough to make a female orgasm are other women and the odd man who somehow managed to grow up avoiding porn.

You also have the issue of things like antibiotic resistance to some serious sexually transmitted diseases added to the mix. You’re very unlikely to catch them from another woman. MOre and more men are going to buy sex robots who like it as rough as you like.

Birth rates, marriages will suffer. Maybe there will be a porn backlash especially from the teens of today who when older become fed up of having children’s minds and bodies ruined. I mean I bet there must be a fair few young men in their 20s who look at their fathers and think, “god maybe it was much easier when you didn’t need to take a blue pill, coerce your girlfriend to take it up the bum and throttle her in order to achieve an orgasm.” Some surely must look in the mirror at some point and realise porn has turned them into monsters. Or am I wishing too much.

Tbh I think I would tell my daughters you’re probably going to have the best orgasms, and the least chance of injury or humiliation with a woman. Of course they may not be attracted to women but at least they will know that most men will not care for their needs only their own. My son I will try hard to teach him about Mutual respect and somehow ban porn from our home. He’s going to be watching so many documentaries on the seedy side of prostitution, porn etc something hopefully will stick.

AngryAttackKittens · 03/02/2019 22:19

If we have to post agreement or disagreement with every single comment threads are going to be very long and very boring to read.

NothingOnTellyAgain · 03/02/2019 22:17

So poster a says says it's an out not an in thing

50 odd people must post to say they disagree.

?

Also

Saying that as far as you are concerned nothing is going in, it's out only
Is not the same at all as saying its unnatural

So you're misquoting as well as misattributing?

littlbrowndog · 03/02/2019 22:17

😂😂😂💪

Beansandcoffee · 03/02/2019 22:16

I agree with the PP regarding lube. I’m 54. Prior to the menopause I’ve never needed lube. If you need lube in your 20s etc then that isn’t normal. It means you are not comfortable, relaxed or aroused.
When I was younger not one man I dated tried anal. 5 years ago at the age of 49 I divorced and started dating again. Every bloke of my age wanted anal. Either they are watching porn and think it is normal orcthey have dated younger women who think it is normal. Who knows.

My answer is always ok we try a lubed cucumber on you first and then if it is fun we can try anal with me. Funny enough the subject isn’t brought up again. That’s because men don’t want anal sex if they are straight but they expect women to enjoy it. Yet it is the men who have the prostate up there for pleasure 😂😂
