Posie is bad, bad and bad.
Sodastream's are under whelming
We need to be nice for the bigger boys to like us.
Camp Coffee is revolting
Evidence is never presented for why our leader and saviour is bad.
Mr frosty is crap, all agree
TimeLady's mum made a camp Coffee cake back in the day.
Also a coffee kisses recipe is found.
The alt-right are mentioned a lot.
Paul McCartney gets a mention
So does Terry Pratchett's discworld.
Mr Fruity is remembered and discussed.
Nazi's were mention by early.
We were told we "need a common enemy"
(Why we need this is presently unknown.)

And now the exciting conclusion....

Would that coffee that is pooed out of a cat be vegan or not?

Bubonicpanic · 27/01/2019 20:01

But if we became a fully right wing place with the likes of trump in power, eventually woman would crash and burn.

But you and others aren't going to do that. It's not an all or nothing situation. Hearing an opinion isn't going to make you right wing.

I’ve had an enormous amount of crap from non vegans and the ‘jokes’ about how awful vegan food is pretty regular. It’s funny because I grew up on a farm and in a very large extended family ( dad had 18 siblings ) all involved in farming in some way, never a peep of teasing and nothing but respect for each other....

But I digress... I admit I used to close my eyes and mind to the warning signs in the left, because I was of the left v right thinking. I also was one of those people that believes in voting, always. It was very hard not to vote last time, but I could not in good conscience vote for anyone wishing to open our spaces to men. What to do...

Earlywalker · 27/01/2019 19:59

You’re right, the left has left woman down. But if we became a fully right wing place with the likes of trump in power, eventually woman would crash and burn.

I take it back

Sil made watery gravy

It was water with a few herbs

Even her family couldn't figure out what the hell she was doing...and she had bisto! I saw it in the kitchen after

Also agree re aubergines... they look like they should taste lovely

FlyingOink · 27/01/2019 19:55

Oxytocindeficient no, you're not. But I've had it before. That's why there are jokes about vegans. Nobody wants their dinner ruined by someone making a moral judgement about them.
Like I said, people can eat what they like

Oxytocindeficient · 27/01/2019 19:54

I don't like being preached at for eating meat, that's a bit off-putting

Nobody is doing that? I don’t like the weird attitude to vegan food either 🤷🏾‍♀️ But you can all carry on.

womanformallyknownaswoman · 27/01/2019 19:54

But those sausages made from Linda McCartney, I'm not sure I'd eat them

So that's where she went....

FlyingOink · 27/01/2019 19:53

Moussaka though. Moussaka justifies aubergines.

CaptainKirksSpookyghost · 27/01/2019 19:53

Nothing worse than runny stew
My mums stew was always a bowl of watery gravy over some mince and a bag of frozen stewing vegetables and a dumpling.Sad

For years I thought that's what a stew actually was supposed to be like.

I hate aubergine. It tastes like fibrous wet bitter purple evil. They do look very satisfyingly shiny on the shelves in the shop, though. But it's pure bait and switch.

Appreciate the reminder Bubonicpanic

I'll watch it later when it is posted as the live streaming is very glitchy (I write clitchy to start with :))

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 27/01/2019 19:50

Nothing worse than runny stew

Just crap cooking imo

CaptainKirksSpookyghost · 27/01/2019 19:50

I've had some nice fake meat alternatives, nothing like real meat, but not too bad.

lisamuggeridge but that's Brighton for you

FlyingOink · 27/01/2019 19:47

I haven't. But people can eat what they like. I don't like being preached at for eating meat, that's a bit off-putting

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer

I went on a walk on the tops with a friend of mine and she said she had stew on the stove when we got in, I lived for te thought of stew when we got home. We got there. Oh god. Vegan. Runny water that smelled slightly of wee but looked kind of like gravy and big spongy white cubes., I said what kind of stew is it, she said tofu with vegetable gravy. I could have cried, I ate it. I ate it all, but I really want t ocry thinking about it even now.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 27/01/2019 19:45

oxy

It was cologne for me

Oxytocindeficient · 27/01/2019 19:40

It has really opened my eyes to the misogyny that many left-wing men harbour

Yup, never seen it before the trans issues but it’s a real eye-opener.

Oxytocindeficient · 27/01/2019 19:39

I’m vegan, we drink coffee and it’s nothing to do with woke points

ToeToToe · 27/01/2019 19:39

And yes, the bloody left have let women down badly. Really badly.

It has really opened my eyes to the misogyny that many left-wing men harbour. Trans ideology has allowed them to unleash it against women who won't do as they're told.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 27/01/2019 19:37

Sorry

Gonna read what toe and bubonic post

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 27/01/2019 19:37

My friend made me this aubergine mush stuff

It was foul

And i had to eat it all without chewing it

She was trying to be helpful and make me vegetarian food...fuck knows what she did do it

And i had to pretend i liked it and then i could never go round to hers for tea again in case she made it again

People shouldn't lie...thats what im taking from that
