He put his hands round her throat. But the judge decided he was only trying to silence her, not kill her so she shouldn't have used the term 'strangled'. And she has also been suffering cancer during this legal battle. She's taking it to the Supreme Court, good for her. Angry

Karwomannghia · 23/01/2019 20:32

Maybe the judge needs to have the same done to him to help him think of the correct words to describe it

OKhitmewithit · 23/01/2019 20:32

Dear god. Sickening

glenthebattleostrich · 23/01/2019 20:26

Sounds like strangling to me. But hey, I own a vagina and have a modest bank account, what would I know.

KatherinaMinola · 23/01/2019 20:26

Looks like the judge is also heading up the spycops inquiry! That's doomed too, then.

That poor woman.

Can't help but notice that it has shades of "nagging wife" to that verdict

KatherinaMinola · 23/01/2019 20:21

Fucking unbelievable.

ChristinaMarlowe · 23/01/2019 20:19

Cross post. Will do so

Bluestitch · 23/01/2019 20:19

He was arrested multiple times for threats, breached non molestation orders etc but when he grabbed her by the throat so hard that the police found handprints on her neck she should have considered the accuracy of the dictionary of the term strangled. It's shocking that the court of appeal has already rejected her case.

Definitely needs a legal fund if there isn't one already. Beyond words. Then they want to tell us how far we've come with equality 😡

PreseaCombatir · 23/01/2019 20:17

What planet is the judge living on?

Is there a fund we can donate to?
