West London meet up?

Does anyone know of a feminist social in west London or would you be interested in being part of one? I volunteer for a feminist group (people can vouch for me) but so much takes place in central London and beyond and it would be nice to know some people to travel with or look for at events. (Obvs not asking for any sensitive info here.)

Also local and attended 30 Nov event but without really talking to anyone apart from the person I went with.

Yes please, was really gutted to miss the Nov London event and was hoping there'd be a London meet-up (not bothered W London or Central).

pearl yes, I'm always more sociable if I know even one other person. The roomful of strangers experience is difficult (even when I know lots of other people are in the same position).
I've touched on current issues but have been a little reluctant to get into it with my friends for various reasons. I can't believe I've disengaged so thoroughly from something that has always been important to me. I recently met some much younger feminists who were very switched on and I felt happy that they were so committed, but also a bit sad that I'd got away from it and it's taken so long to find my way back.
Let's see if there's any more interest and then we can move the discussion over to email or What'sapp and possibly arrange to meet for drinks - ?

I'm interested! West Londoner who tries to avoid travelling into central London these days. I attended the 30th November London event but felt a bit shy and scuttled off afterwards without going to the pub. I've been lurking on FWR for about a year, have commented several times but not actually done anything particularly pro-active (apart from trying and so far failing to convert my friends). I'm VERY angry though (not generally, just about this issue).
