Remarkable. If the self centred pillock had said that they wished the story would stop being retweeted because you shouldn't really wish to have a health condition, I might have agreed (Though I do get the joke and made it myself)

I wasn’t aware puberty damaged your vocal cords. Unless by damage they mean “once you’ve gone through puberty as a male it is harder to sound like a woman”? Every day a new definition of a word.
