Posie is being interviewed under caution

The next time the police force moan about being underfunded I will think back to all the unnecessary interviews of Posie /Glinner and think “fuck off - the police are just badly managed”.

I have just watched a youtube video, where SG is receiving some award or other at a TRA night. She talked about her lovely 24 year old "daughter" and what she had to go through - 7 suicide attempts because of "transphobic attacks" (what exactly constitutes an "attack"?). She then went on to say, because of the media and their transphobic reporting, "our children are dying".
This whole thing is based on hysteria, you only have to look at any interview where Harrop is involved, he comes across as an unhinged, mysogynistic twonk.
This current shambles is a waste of police time, waste of public funds, deliberate harrassment of Posie Parker, and simply the latest round of a series of vexatious accusations by people determined to stop people telling the truth.

And, it’s telling that one woman can create such a level of fear and panic in the Mermaids ranks. Yep, all points to something good and wholesome going on behind the scenes there doesn’t it.

Posie, you’ve got them running scared and they know it.

If I was SG I’d be keeping my head down. So much about her and Mermaids is dodgy as fuck that I’d just be getting on with it and coining it in before the whole ugly house of cards comes tumbling down. If she had any sense she’d be directing that spotlight elsewhere. I can only conclude that she’s a bit thick, as well as, well all the other things I’m not allowed to say on here. Her hubris will come back to bite her on the arse, although it doesn’t seem like it’ll be any time soon, unfortunately.

Why does SG have so much power over the police? Why aren’t they investigating her abhorrent parenting decisions? She should be serving a prison sentence.

Should a report be made to the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse to investigate Mermaids and Stonewall?

I do not understand why it is not the other way round. Why was Susie Green never arrested for illegal operations on her child? I genuinely am astounded that there was no action taken whatsoever by anyone.

I think someone needs to report Susie Green to the police /social services - probably that would help as the police won't take action left to their own devices

They're wasting their own time though aren't they? If they refused to taking action on Susie Green's say so and she kept going, perhaps there'd be something in it, but as they appear to be taking it seriously, they can hardly pass the blame on to her?

AngryAttackKittens I'm pretty sure that outside of Leeds, most of the rank and file WYP have no clue who Susie Green is and care even less. They're more concerned about being single crewed on a weekend night in some of the most volatile areas in the region and not getting refs for eleven hours. They're quite happy to have arrested 55 paedophiles recently though.

Can't say how I know that zero shits are given outside of Leeds, so this is anecdotal, obvs...

I’m not concerned with what sort of person Posie is, whether she is likeable or indeed a narcissist. She may or may not be both either or neither (although gods forbid that a woman doesn’t present herself in a pleasing, nice way )

What I am concerned with is her actions and they’re bloody marvellous. I stand by Posie

I have no idea what sort of person Posie is in RL but I'm still grateful to her for standing up against all this bollocks and putting up with all the shit that appears to go with it.

Speaking for myself, I consider only 4 anti-Haddock threads as a win for him, odious little toad that he is appears to be.

Posie is as concerned with free speech, as much as anything else. It's really not very smart to try and gag someone for whom free speech is a massive issue.

Not unless you want to create a huge international furore, as with Count Dankula. Which risks putting Mermaids, SG and WYP directly in the spotlight of free speech advocates with huge platforms.
