Someone with male biology can take oestrogen and produce healthy breastmilk? Healthy milk, no prolactin needed, no pregnancy needed, none of the myriad of bodily and hormonal processes involved in the cis-woman's poor imitation of lactation?
So we get to have the babies and go back to work while the Dads can do everything? This could be great for women!
Or does the special biology only work for the biological males with womanly thoughts?

Oh my word. Where to start. Beyond the practicalities of actually donating milk to a bank (so many hoops!), does he think all women just randomly produce milk all the time just because they have female hormones? His friend would have to be on some bizarre form of HRT that simulated having just given birth....and even then, to produce the levels of milk you need to donate to a milk bank, you'd need to be either feeding an actual live baby, or be pretty much permanently attached to a pump to get your milk supply established. And then keep pumping several times a day.

So. Much. Bollocks.

Ha bollocks. My local milk bank wouldn't accept milk from me when I had an oversupply just because I was tandem feeding! I think they'd refuse male milk if it was even there in any quantity
