Haven't actually got a problem with this. It seems to be a charity that provides a gym for people affected by mental health.

As a third space, I think it's a good idea and wish them luck.

Hope the link works.

This line though,

" I truly believe that exercise can be a powerful means of developing a more positive relationship with our bodies, which can be such a challenge for non-cis people."

Well, I agree. In fact a more positive self image is great for all people.

But should she be calling people non-cis?
Surely that's a bit counter productive? 😕

I'm looking at a picture of my mother in a blue wedding dress! Did not know she was an enby (do we use the indefinite article?)

In all seriousness, I hope the trans gym class is a success for everyone who can benefit from it.

It's more inclusive of nonbinaries this way. Not all nonbinaries consider themselves trans, although we share many struggles with the trans population, in fact many enbies look, act and dress exactly like members of their sex assigned at birth only specialer, by the way have you seen my gender-nonconforming wedding dress, it is blue! I wrote an essay about it! It caused me a great deal of angst, but thankfully my tailor was very accepting when I came out to him as a person who would wear a blue wedding dress. I for one am very grateful that this trainer is making a special effort to be enby inclusive (continued page 94)
