There’s a lot on Sp!ked I disagree with but on trans issues they’ve been on the ball.

Obviously, anyone who genuinely self-identifies as a woman.
Do you know any trans people as friends?
Have you conversed with them?
Have you any actual, concrete, first-hand experience of trans people?
Until you do, you may not have any real knowledge or experience of them…
After all, they are real people in the same way that you are.
You don’t really get to know people by reading or talking about them, but by m e e t i n g them 😊

And they (Spiked) can take the gilets jaunes far away. I spent most of Saturday shaking involuntarily after they fired tear gas at the protestors. Or someone used detonateurs again. After the attentats, I can't control it. Sirens, explosions, I shake.
For the most part now it's just casseurs, people with no political aims at all, just wating to wreck things. All those motos and cars and vans burnt; who do you think will be punished by that?

Feminists do not have to centre men - including men who “identify” as “women” - in their fight for and on behalf of women.
