Adrian Comerford on twitter stating the following:

A man abusing gender self-id laws, to change gender for the rest of his life, just to prey on women in public toilets is the stupidest criminal plan of all time.

Who could look at this world & think that men would have to go to such extremes to abuse women?

Only a transphobe.

Only a man would say this, it is baffling when you think about abused women and the lengths men go to to hurt them, that this isn't even a consideration for him or anyone? This isn't even about being trans or arguing the gender critical side, it is the complete lack of critical thought and entitled male privilege.

Absolutely, this is my point - why make it easier for this to happen, what was so wrong with how we have been getting on before? Women have been fine with trans women up to now so why the need to do all this?

I'm Irish and live here and have never heard of him.

Me neither. He just doesn't sound very bright. I see that Maeve Higgins (saw her once on TV and didn't find her funny) has also drunk the KoolAid and started spouting off on twitter about horrible transphobes.

Yep Orchid, the fact that there has been high profile cases which literally highlight exactly the lengths men will go to makes it even more incredulous!!!

It has really riled me this morning.

No one would even have to abuse the law as you would not be able to ask people what gender they are. They wouldn't even have to dress up. Just go into the changing rooms and if anyone says anything, act all outraged and threaten to sue.

Only came across this dude yesterday on Glinners thread. He's supposedly an Irish comedian - I'm Irish and live here and have never heard of him.

Stupid shite he is sprouting - the gospel according to him. How the fuck does he know what anyone's motivations are?

Karen White. Martin Ponting. Nicola Huntley

Exactly raven, it just isn't even a possibility to them that some men would do this. However, i know of someone who was imprisoned for installing cameras in toilets - why make it easier for this to happen?

To be honest, the toilet issue isn't one that I'm most concerned with (I completely understand why others are though and will support them) but he is dripping in male privilege and it pissed me off.

Men train to become priests, teachers and police men to abuse children why wouldn’t they pop on a frock? It’s absurd to suggest that they aren’t already doing it.

South Korean women protest in Seoul over hidden sex cameras

Male privilege - and missing so many new stories like one above.
