There's a fixed quota of sex crimes that must be committed by every pervert, and once the pervert has used up his quota for the year then no more offences will be committed. So, you see when you look at it that way, it doesn't matter whether toilets and changing rooms are arranged in a way that gives sex offenders the opportunity and cover to offend.

In the USA women have had their gym memberships cancelled for raising questions, even when the "transwoman" was behaving in suspicious ways that suggested she might be surreptitiously filming.
