Thanks for the heads up, OP. I follow and am followed by one of those persons and will continue to do so as long as possible just to be able to challenge anti-woman rubbish like this. However I won't be surprised if I am now blocked.

And also that most of us who work or study in universities have to be in buildings named for hideous people every day. We cope. You will too.

Somerville has a Thatcher room - a woman responsible for wrecking whole communities. And a few snowflakes at Hull are upset because an accomplished, decorated woman can't drink the kool-aid and pretend they're something they are not.

Someone ought to tell this trans student that the overwhelming majority of their lecturers don’t believe that they are a woman either.

As a Hull Graduate, I think the names fine. Sorry she doesn't agree with their lifestyle. You're both entitled to your opinion. I'd rather opt for democracy.
