I understand when she first made that decision it was still acceptable for men to beat their wives and she was having none of that.

I think the clue is in the never had a day off sick for 33 years. I am sure avoiding men helped, nobody to service.

I gather certain people don't get ill because they have a fantastic immune system, the downside is they struggle with pregnancy.
