I love lurking datounge, btw. A lot of the opinions are similar to ours but missing the trying-to-be-kind female socialisation we struggle with.

You have to steel yourself against the anti-female-body remarks, of course, which occasionally tip into abusive, but defining oneself by what you don’t want, when what you do want is against the grain of most of society, understandably escalates in pitch at times!

I think the pro-trans gay men are doing the 'Step back, see which way the wind is blowing' before speaking. I don't think they even considered this would affect them ever, so this is going to be quite the stumper for some of them.

Needless to say, as I've been banging this drum for bloody ages, the trans movement is hideously homophobic and is getting properly emboldened in that stance.

trans people going into opposite sex spaces causes no problems if people do goodthink
transwomen should now be allowed in women's single-sex spaces having a similar level of intimacy because that will prove to be fine too.

I just think there is something really sad about girls going through such mutilating surgery and it never being enough to get them accepted as men. They are being stitched up big time.

We get it.

It shouldn't have even been considered. It's ridiculous. There has to be a limit on this bollocks, pun unintended. And that includes biological females being in biological male spaces. No amount of facial hair will change the fact that you have female chromosomes. Even post surgery you will still have female chromosomes. An artificial penis isn't a male penis. And surgically removing breasts doesn't mean you have a male body either. Especially not when you're talking about a group of gay guys getting it on in a sauna!

If they had a spare one they’d be the centre of attention and they wouldn’t give that up for a anyone, let alone a stranger.

I say let the trans man in. Why not, they’ll soon feel uncomfortable when they are hanging around waiting to be fucked and no one wants to touch them. You may demand and scream to be accepted etc but you cannot force someone to have sex with you, and it’s pretty obvious the reasons no one will have sex with them. So yeah, let them in and just shun them. It’s what I would do. Tantrumming your way into someone else’s space will not see you welcomed with open arms. More likely whispering behind your back. Why would anyone put themselves in such a position? Ahh yes, attention seeking.

This is why the whole thing is bollocks (literally) - people know what a man is and what a woman is and it really doesn't matter what is written on official bits of paper or if disagreeing is labelled "transphobic". At the end of the day we are mammals, have sex organs and have sexual attractions (whether to the same sex, opposite or both). "Feeling" or wanting to be the other sex does not make anyone the opposite sex however much anyone shouts about it and cannot make others change their innate sense of sexual attraction (or not).

Promotes the social transition of lesbians, encouraging them to present as straight men thus favouring the pretence of heterosexuality over lesbianism – this is nothing more than a form of conversion therapy.
Promotes the medical transition of lesbians and pushes harmful drugs (untested hormone blockers, Lupron etc.) as well as unnecessary medical practices on perfectly healthy bodies – these are a form of misogynist medical abuse against lesbians.
Promotes the rights of heterosexual males who “identify” as women and lesbians (despite most of them still retaining their male genitals) over the rights of lesbians to choose their sexual partners. This new ‘queer’ LGBT politics thus coerces lesbians to accept the penis as a female organ and promotes heterosexual intercourse between male and female as a form of lesbian sex. This is simply a new facet to rape culture and compulsory heterosexuality." (continues)
