Honestly, he's gone off on some 'People of Britain!!! All hail my Mighty Opinions!' type ramble and I know I should despair but it just keeps making me laugh! He really is the comedy gift that keeps on giving.

Apart from for his poor patients, who are clearly well done on his list of priorities.

I have a confession. I rather like dear Dr Haddock. I mean he's clueless, properly good at pissing off independent people. He got owned so badly by Posie. He's like a toddler tantruming around. It's priceless. I swear people like him have no clue how badly they come across.
