Honestly, he's gone off on some 'People of Britain!!! All hail my Mighty Opinions!' type ramble and I know I should despair but it just keeps making me laugh! He really is the comedy gift that keeps on giving.

Apart from for his poor patients, who are clearly well done on his list of priorities.

Actually, the League of Gentlemen thing is really accurate.

You can almost hear him saying of his Twitter. "This is a transgender wall for transgender people"....
