It depends whether they can be combined with other info held by mumsnet to identify a poster. In my case it couldn’t.

So you think that a leak of a handful of IP addresses (arguably not personal data at all) is the same as the leak of thousands of people’s names, addresses, bank details and salaries?

Yes but the difference is that the data of male staff was also leaked in that case. It's only a crime if it happens to men.
