Glad to see that the BBC does report the remarks as to using their 'transgender persona' to put themselves in contact with vulnerable women.

And one example like this is one too many! Never should have been allowed to happen, obvious that it would eventually, and also totally bloody obvious what needs to be done to stop it ever happening again.

But then they're only female criminals, so who cares...........

That photo is very telling. And it doesn't matter how much they think White 'isn't committed', there's no criteria other than saying it.

Hence the article's pronouns, they still can't bring themselves to #ChooseReality.

The Supreme Court demonstrated yesterday that it is capable of common sense, lets hope common sense prevails here and that this person is jailed according to their DNA not some vague "feeling"

The telegraoh says that he is transitioning. So do they mean waiting for NHS genital surgery ? As that’s how it sounds. Aside from how terrible that is, would this person then be put back into the woman’s estate ?

Prosecutor Christopher Dunn told the court: "She is allegedly a transgender female.
"The prosecution say allegedly because there's smatterings of evidence in this case that the defendant's approach to transitioning has been less than committed.
"The prosecution suggest the reason for the lack of commitment towards transitioning is so the defendant can use a transgender persona to put herself in contact with vulnerable persons she can then abuse."

Well let’s not forget that under self ID this dangerous individual merely has to say they are a woman and that is enough. No other commitment needed.

I've just read the comments on the guardian piece about KW. The level of wokeness and insistence that biological women rape men, men rape men in prison and therefore a TW can be incarcerated with women, have made me utterly furious.

Good. I was glad that the article stated attacked "two women" and not "two other women", which would have made me very cross.

And this was absolutely damning: The court heard White, who was born male, used her "transgender persona" to put herself in contact with vulnerable women.

I notice that the Beeb is still carefully avoiding misgendering White, in spite of using the quote about the "transgender persona."

Which, I can only deduce, means that in spite of the "this never happens" brigade's "no true Scotsman" defence, the Beeb at least is viewing this as an example of a true TW being a danger to women and children, NOT a predatory man pretending to be trans to access victims. Which is interesting.
