Penny Mordaunt knows perfectly well what she is saying and is aware of the consequences. This is all deliberate. I had a letter from her office weeks ago that left me in no doubt of this.
The consultation is designed to ensure that as few people as possible know about it and many of thise that do will be unable to access it, understand it or respond.

Yes - Penny Mordaunt. I demand that you educate the Public. Really educate us. With impartial arguments and documented facts. With impact statements. With plans for pilots and cut-off points for assessing how things are progressing and if there are any unintended consequences.

Like the design of properly-conducted, well-thought out clinical trials. There are researchers who do this with social policy and they're excellent.

According to the CPS prosecution guidance hatred is manifested in ‘hostility’, which includes ‘ill-will, ill-feeling, spite, prejudice, unfriendliness, antagonism, resentment, and dislike’.

So, I suppose that if you are unfriendly or antagonistic toward a trans person – eg by disagreeing with their claim to be a woman – that could be ‘hatred’.

I don't "hate trans people". I hate certain transwomen (Karen White, Jacinta whatshisname), but surely any right thinking person would. I can't think of any transmen I hate.

They need to, it’s become a clear conflict of rights and interests and needs deprecate representation. Biological women need a Minister who represents them and their interests and rights, as against penis owners.

I put it to Penny Mordant that she is in dire need of some form of education on the issue of the origins of totalitarianism as revealed through our short history of democracy.

I think it's interesting however that as a women with privilege, Penny is happy to place women as a lower caste because her privilege will always place her in a higher caste than the one conferred by her actual biological sex. Yes Angry the poll tax, I hadn't thought about that. sometimes I think it will go through and its only after people really see the impact that the shit will hit the fan.

The public has already re educated themselves on trans rights issues, Penny. That's why most of us aren't falling for the bullshit any more.
