Last night some lunatic on Twitter doxed Posie Parker, exposing photos of her family, her children, her home address and lots more personal information.

Thankfully quick reporting from Twitter users got it taken down

Let’s hope the police are onto this.

Also last night on Twitter Maxine Peake was accused of a hate crime because she followed Womans Place. She then apologised and said that it was only so that they could message her and that she has now unfollowed them!

I have no idea where Maxine P sits or otherwise as a feminist but this is her next starring role so she also doesn't need a pile on:

The house of cards is falling after all the media attention on the woman poster and the cancelling of meetings.

They're running scared. Doxxing women is the last weapon in these mysoginist's bag of tricks.

Juells · 01/10/2018 11:11

She is a pain in the arse and she just found out that it isn't very nice when people become activists against your own private life.

The mask slips

R0wantrees · 01/10/2018 11:09

I want to see Dr H publically condemn this incident. I want Eamonn and Ruth to have her back on to expose this terorrism which will have been a direct result of her appearance on TV partially facilitated by them. If they consider themselves even halfway respectable people they will publically condemn this regardless of their feelings about Posie.

This Morning should have a whole program devoted to understanding what has happened.

This Morning have promoted India Willoughby without any question as to the bullying and manipulation that IW has done or IW's inconsistancies despite IW being a journalist.
(cf IW comments about MN, Justine Roberts, women etc www.pinknews.co.uk/2018/04/24/india-willoughby-transphobia-opinion-worried-for-my-life-mumsnet/

The interview with Posie Parker was shamefull.

It contributed to the toxic and dangerous situation.

@GirlInTheDirtyShirt you can donate on her website www.standingforwomen.com/shop

SquishySquirmy · 01/10/2018 11:06

Fucking arsehole bullies.

Even IF what Posie was saying was horrendously offensive and factually innacurate (and it absolutely is not) sharing information on children to "punish" their mother for being outspoken? Despicable.

This really does make me furious.

AdultHumanFemaleBirdsEye · 01/10/2018 11:03

Didn't Posie state on her Youtube talk, that once off camera Ruth made a comment to her, what did Ruth say?

AngryAttackKittens · 01/10/2018 11:01

I imagine it would be phrased as "of course nobody should be threatening her children, but..."

IStandWithPosie · 01/10/2018 10:59

Oh wow! How fucking depressing. How low will a person go?

GirlInTheDirtyShirt · 01/10/2018 10:58

Thanks @repealtheGRA - I don’t live in the UK so don’t have an MP, so I just want to give whatever support I can

Juells · 01/10/2018 10:58

If they consider themselves even halfway respectable people they will publically condemn this regardless of their feelings about Posie.

They'll be empty words blahbeddy blahbeddy blahbeddy blahbeddy shocked blahbeddy horrified blahbeddy condemn utterly blahbeddy blahbeddy

Molokonono · 01/10/2018 10:55

I want to see Dr H publically condemn this incident.

Publicly condemning himself if this is true?

Doesn't that open up a portal of some description?

Was not expecting the rats running around in the background! I'm used to Miranda's cats, but rodents are a bridge too far for me. Sorry Fionn.

Melamin · 01/10/2018 10:46

I think the wheels are well and truly rolling away from the trans activists wagon.

All the high profiles public activists have some sort of problem going on that is being covered up, some by the likes of specialist solicitors in this area or whatever. Goodness knows what the one behind them are up to, if they think these stand up to public scrutiny.

You can donate to standing for women from their site even if you don't want to buy the t-shirt, and save them the postage.

Gersemi · 01/10/2018 10:46

Naivety, my point in expressing my concern about saying "I stand by Posie" was that it's an open invitation to people who want to sneer - they will have a lovely time talking about "brave" keyboard warriors posting from a position of safe anonymity behind a screen. It's essentially what inquiquotiokixul said.

scalliondays · 01/10/2018 10:46

It's disgraceful that Posie has been doxxed and I hope the police take it very seriously. I stand by Posie morally and would chip in to any fundraiser if legal action is needed. I donated to her campaign already on the day the poster was taken down. How dare it be suggested that we as women are appropriating the word which is the very nature of our biology - and the root of the misogyny against us.
And Floral - good for you for protecting your daughter

sportinguista · 01/10/2018 10:45

T shirt bought and I will bloody well wear it! This just makes me soooo bloody angry. Going after children FFS, this will lose them a whole shed load of people's sympathy, hope it bloody well makes the DM and more people clock on to what they are really like.

AdultHumanFemaleBirdsEye · 01/10/2018 10:44

Standing for women - I understand was founded by Posie - has a website with a shop and ability to donate.

Miranda Yardley and Fionn Orlander in discussion last night:

HumberElla · 01/10/2018 10:43

This is awful. Twisted individual.

Floral that is a frightening and twisted view, but makes sense.

Datun · 01/10/2018 10:43

Sorry, a few typos in that

RepealtheGRA · 01/10/2018 10:43

Though what would really help is if you emailed your MP and asked them to put an urgent question to parliament about WTAF is being done to protect Posie and her children (and others like her) from these utter fucking lunatics who have crossed the line into terrorism.

Datun · 01/10/2018 10:43

As far as I know Miranda posted photos that were already available on Twitter.

This isn't about people trying to promote the trans ideology. This is about seriously unhinged men. The whole issue attracts violent, abusive men.

Yes, Michael Bailey was not just doxed, he was relentlessly targeted, his children were targeted online in a disgusting, sexual way. Zuckerman too was hounded out of his job. Blanchard was targeted.

I sincerely hope he person responsible for this is arrested. Posie has four children, I believe.

DAUK indeed a website for medical professionals whose never seems to be to campaign politically.
