Dreadful.

GulagMilkMonitor · 27/09/2018 10:36

Blimey, Victoria really going in on identity over biology bit!

heresyandwitchcraft · 27/09/2018 10:35

Also, the mum wanted somewhere private to change for the trans child! I thought the whole point of the Girl Guide policy is that we are not allowed to separate them!

WarmWishes · 27/09/2018 10:35

I don't know if I would kick up a stink if my children were going to be in school together for the next 10 years.

Why does no one wants to talk about this?? Why are they avoiding coming on to discuss it

Because there is apparently #nodebate. Didn't you get the memo? Societal consensus is not woke, ya know.

GulagMilkMonitor · 27/09/2018 10:35

“Two girls can’t get each other pregnant!”

Ha!

GulagMilkMonitor · 27/09/2018 10:34

This kid was 7 when they started identifying as trans. The BBC has been following them. Social transitioning of young children should be done carefully, in case the child later changes their mind

How does a child of 7 say “hang on I don’t want to transition anymore” when followed for 3 years by a camera crew?

TerfedOff · 27/09/2018 10:34

Lily Madigan is a "lesbian" I understand?

WarmWishes · 27/09/2018 10:33

How do we know the other parents were cool with it? What about the ones who silently exclude?

Nic is always so calm, which is great.

FloralBunting · 27/09/2018 10:32

Very telling, to have the BBC putting the anti-woman position to Dr Nic.

GulagMilkMonitor · 27/09/2018 10:32

In what other situation do teenage boys get to sleep and undress with girls?

Victoria “well they identify as girls”

Ooforfoxsakeridesagain · 27/09/2018 10:32

It’s like Yewtree never happened.

WarmWishes · 27/09/2018 10:32

So identifying as a girl means the transgirl can't be a lesbian?

Mermaids, Girlguides and who else was it that refused to come on?

Stonewall.

FloralBunting · 27/09/2018 10:30

Oh that's interesting. Opposing views refusing to come on. Most likely an attempt to shut it down.

GulagMilkMonitor · 27/09/2018 10:30

None of the “trans side” prepared to debate with the opposite side.

GulagMilkMonitor · 27/09/2018 10:30

Teaching girls to accept male bodies is part of the caring ethos of GG.

INCLUSIVE
INCLUSIVE
INCLUSIVE
INCLUSIVE of everyone but women and girls.

WarmWishes · 27/09/2018 10:29

Ha! Mermaids, Girlguides and who else was it that refused to come on?

OP posts:
GulagMilkMonitor · 27/09/2018 10:29

Scaremongering to suggesting an adolescent with Male body might want to have sexual contact with people with female body. Apparently.

This is inclusivity apparently.

FloralBunting · 27/09/2018 10:28

Guiding is teaching girls to care, live and support and this policy is part of that.

RichardLongcross · 27/09/2018 10:28

You wonder how these parents actually had children given their cluelessness about biology.
