Both can't be true. This is the fracture point for the arguments which people pushing for self id etc are putting forward. So most of the usual suspects won't want to talk about this or acknowledge it.

In 2016/17, of the 6,093 individuals referred, 3,704 (61%) were referred for concerns related to Islamist extremism and 968 (16%) were referred for concerns related to right wing extremism.

I look upon them as a gift. Imagine trying to work in the media with people who behave like that. And how many people are involved in creating each programme go WTF ? Then go home and say "you'll never guess... what a twat !"

The thing I am not sure about is, is it always gobshites to the mike for their team because..

Well, I have to commend the weasel-wording of Sue Pascoe's tweet.

I'm sure she wouldn't be surprised to learn that most people would interpret that phrasing in a way that makes it seem that the Police Counter-Terrorist Unit has classified WPUK as a hate group etc. on a par with Britain First.

Thanks Rowantrees. I didn’t see that one, but I did see another episode which had a woman speaking about her PTSD and time in a women’s refuge, and the difference in VD’s attitude seems pretty clear to me.

British Transport Police (BTP) were made aware of a tweet – dated 5 September – stating that stickers, with razor blades behind them, were put up in the toilets of Manchester Oxford Road train station.

Officers have attended the station to investigate this claim and have confirmed there is no evidence of this.
