The Greens are pre-filling supporters GRA consultations. Is this OK?

Doesn't this make a mockery of the consultation process?

The Greens have released a version of the GRA consultation that pre-fills in the answers for you.

Is that allowed - really?

If it were an election it would be the crime of stuffing the ballot box but it isn't an election so it is just unethical behavior as usual.
