Williams had been employed 10 years and was initially approached by two female administrators about the images in April 2016.

Mr Phillips said: 'Staff members were saying 'I don't think this is proper, it's disgusting, it makes my stomach turn'.'

'In North Wales, while working as a teaching assistant, female colleagues made complaints to management, forbidding me from using female toilets and changing rooms.

Why would women object to sharing spaces with this person?

Dr Williams, also known as Jane, accused colleagues at the school of discriminating against her.

She also said she was subject to prejudice because she was transgender.

Er... This person describes themselves as a 'single mum'. How?!

Is the problem here not that she appeared on twitter Stark Bollock Naked, not that she’s trans?

‘Single mother’? ODFOD

Are you saying that a biologically female TA wouldn’t be pushed to resign if there were pornographic videos of them being circulated?

JumblieGirl · 10/07/2018 17:57

As a teacher, I’d have expected any member of staff modelling for porn or top shelf magazines to be up for disciplinary or dismissal. There have been keefuffles in the past with pole dancing teachers on hen nights and social media, and they were just doing it for fun, not as a career.

Why were these incidents - distressing I am sure - brought into the hearing?

'A later FOI request revealed she had reported concerns to Social Workers about a child accompanied by 'a man dressed as a woman'.

Was the report about a concern and then a description of the person added to the concern of was the concern about the type of clothing worn as per the Twitter account, around a child? Rhetorical question.

'Last year, on our way to a Pride event, a van was driven at my partner and I, forcing us to scatter while the driver hurled abuse from his window.'

Hopefully a clicky link ... it would appear - though not entirely clear - that they complained about how they were treated as a transgender woman AFTER they discussed the pornographic images with them.... in which case another lapse of judgement

I'm not sure that trans is relevant to the disciplinary procedures here either.

I can understand why female colleagues would object to sharing toilets and changing rooms with a male they believed to have a sexually motivated cross dressing fetish (if that's what happened).

Trans is a red herring. I'm a TA and we were told our national governing body takes things like inappropriate social media conduct very seriously and we could be at real risk of being removed from the register if anything dodgy was shared publicly. Anyone with this lack of judgement shouldn't be working with children no matter what gender they identify as.
